Summit Slam

This was my very first homebrew. It was inspired by one of my favorite DIPAs, Oskar Blues GUBNA. The only hop in the beer is Summit which might be one of the most controversial hops on the market. People either love this hop or hate it. People that love Summit typically get a tangerine flavor while those that hate it get garlic and onion. I obviously taste tangerine!
